Grace founded Lemasol Solutions out of the deep desire to bridge the gap between vision and execution for ambitious leaders and organizations. Having worked across diverse industries and markets, Grace saw a recurring challenge – brilliant ideas often failed to thrive due to lack of structure, clarity, and strategic support.
